Constructa Sur SA is today a family owned company that builds an adquires the completed real estate on the Costa del Sol, primaily residential.

Constructa Sur SA was founded in Sweden in the 80´s and listed on the Stockholm Stock Exchange. The company quickly developed into a group with companies in England, Holland and Spain.

In the real estate crisis in the world in the early 90´s was not the hole company to be saved. The Spanish section was bought out and survived the crisis, wich few foreign-owned private companies did.

Buildings built during the years include Eurocom in Malaga city. The latest property that Constructa Sur SA has built is a residential building in Las Lagunas Mijas, which was completed in 2006. 

Constructa Sur SA is today a company with good resources to manage and develop real estate on long term. We focus on providing a central, comfortable accomodiation close to most things as shops, schools and restaurants.
